- In the event that you need to cancel your treatment, we ask that you do it at least 2 hours in advance. Failure to clear your treatment in time implies the payment of 50% of its value.

- We advise you to arrive at our Spa at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to start your relaxation and complete your health form. In the event that you arrive after the scheduled time for the start of your treatment and if it is impossible to change the time for reasons of schedule, the duration of the treatment will be reduced.
